Integra People are looking for an experienced Administrator to join a well-established organisation based in Llandudno.

What you need:

  • Experience working in an office environment

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong Microsoft office skills

  • Experience handling inbound/outbound calls

What you will be doing:

  • Greeting customers

  • Taking all inbound calls and redirecting them to other departments

  • Responding to emails

  • Diary management

  • Producing documents when required
