Service Engineer

The position is working with an international leading engineering business who are at the forefront of ancillary systems for the UK HGV and Road tanker industry.

The position offers the opportunity for world class training and support, along with potential career development opportunities.

Due to expansion we are seeking to recruit a Service Engineer to be based on site in Aylesbury

We would be very keen to speak people who have experience of working as a Plant Fitter, Hydraulic or Compressor engineer, Mechanical fitter, Fork lift truck engineer, or fitters with working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics or pumping systems.

The functions of the role will be to inspect, repair service and complete preventative maintenance upon company products.

Full training will be given which would include spending two weeks at themanufacturing facility in Yorkshire.

All expenses paid.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm

The be successful in the Field Service Engineer role you will have experience with:

, Diagnostic analysis, repairs or preventative maintenance

, Working away from home on occasions Monday to Friday, as the role would be UK wide

, Complete PDI inspections

, Accurately complete all relevant paperwork including engineer's reports, inspections, calibrations check and job sheets.

, Complete any mechanical maintenance, testing and repair of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pumps, compressors, motors and ancillary equipment, be able to read schematic drawings.
