Desktop Support Engineer

I am currently recruiting for a Desktop Support Engineer to join a large and well-known client based in the centre of Leeds.

This is a permanent Role.

Salary: £25,000 (Flexibility on the salary due to experience)

Candidates must only apply if they are able to drive.

Candidates must possess fantastic communication skills and be familiar with dealing with clients and customers providing on-site support.

The successful individual will also have strong 2nd Like Support skills with Server experience too.

- Ability to provide end-users and customers with support.
- Happy top travel to client site in the west Yorkshire area as required.
- Troubleshooting and resolving front line technical issues.
- Logging incidents, service requests, changes and problem tickets in the support platform.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues across Networking, Desktop, Mobile and other IT Infrastructure systems.
- Knowledge of enterprise-level IT Systems and Services including Windows 8-10/Office 365/ Skype for business/OneDrive
- Ability to self prioritise and organise workloads.
