Software Customer Manager

An exciting opportunity for a tech savvy and customer focused Manager to join our highly successful client, a world leader in embedded digital security, based in Gloucestershire.

The role will involve working closely with clients within the telecoms industry, understanding their technical requirements and advising and supporting them appropriately throughout the project life cycle from pre-sales advice, product selection management and project implementation through to post-sales support.



If you have a degree or equivalent within Computer Science/Software Engineering or similar technical discipline, experience of working with customers from within a customer support or project management role, ideally an understanding of telecoms and/or network installations for VOIP or LAN networks this may be the perfect role for you!

We'll be looking for candidates with the relevant IT/technical skills, a customer focused approach, good project management skills as well as excellent communication, prioritization, time management and problem-solving skills.



This is a permanent and full-time role on offer for an attractive salary of between £28 - 35K plus excellent benefits.
