Technical Coordinator

Background;

Our client is part of a group of companies that have a specific focus within the building & construction products industry where they have forged a fantastic reputation for themselves in the market.

Due to a number of recent successes they are experiencing a significant growth period and therefore looking to hire an experienced Design/Technical Coordinator to join their expanding Projects team.



The Role;


To be successful in this position you will be required to carry out the following tasks/duties;



  • Produce schedules- To prepare an accurate, competitive and detailed technical schedule for the businesses Products based on information received from clients

  • Maintain the company's customer service targets

  • Prepare and provide calculations as requested by the clients

  • Produce Operation and Maintenance Manuals as requested by Clients

  • Manage and organise live and existing projects

  • Attend occasional site/office meetings to maintain and enhance relationships with the client



Requirements;



  • Degree educated either in Civil or Structural Engineering

  • Understanding of design/architectural drawings

  • Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint etc)

  • Experience of either construction or building materials

  • Willing to travel due to business requirements

  • Valid UK Driving Licence
