Are you working within a production or manufacturing company and looking to move to something bigger and better?

Does the thought of international travel, managing a company wide QMS, coordinating between a UK design base and Far Eastern manufacturing hub appeal?

If you like the sound of the above and you are experienced with New Product Introduction & Development, RMA, NCR & lean principles, we have the ideal role.

Taking responsibility for two Quality Engineers, this is a leadership role and requires the level of experience you would expect from an international, group-wide position.
The successful Group Quality Engineer will report directly to Head of Value Engineering & Sourcing and take full accountability for the QMS system, coordinate with Quality Engineers in the UK as well as two international locations and being heavily involved across the corporate Continuous Improvement programme.

You must have a good technical background and understanding of manufacturing techniques, technical drawings & electronics.

Internal and external auditing is a major benefit as well.
As the manufacturing is carried out in the Far East, any experience of working with similar cultures is desirable but not essential.

The UK Head Office is just outside Oxford, sandwiched beautifully between the Cotswolds and the North Wessex Downs and is easily commutable from Swindon, Banbury, Milton Keynes or Reading.
