Interim ER/HR Business Partner (healthcare)

My client is looking for an interim ER/HR Business Partner to deal with all operational HR matters from employee relations, recruitment to sickness and performance management.

You will be working in a BAU capacity and supporting a client group that operates on a 24-7 basis with fairly high turnover.

The nature of what they do is incredibly intense at times, however the management and senior leadership team are hands on, positive, hardworking and passionate about what they do and ensuring the service always remains high.

You will have strong HR and employee relations experience and have managed small teams in the past.

Experience in the NHS or private healthcare is highly desirable.

You will need to commit for a minimum of 3 months.
