Location: Denny/Falkirk
Salary: Minimum of £9.00 per hour, negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
Hours: Full time

Then we have an excellent opportunity for you to be part of one of our Teams: Community Outreach which covers Falkirk area (candidates are required to have a valid driving licence and be willing to support Service Users using their own vehicle) or Supported Accommodation based in Denny.

With a starting rate of £9, you could earn almost £19,000per annum in a full-time role.


We are looking for committed and confident individuals to join our close-knit and supportive team, who will work in a person centred way ensuring consistent support to each individual.

We will need you to be a good team player, sensitive to the needs of individuals, families and colleagues and come with a positive can-do attitude with a sensible approach to keeping people safe.

The role may involve a degree of physical activity, which includes pushing wheelchairs and also providing physical support to our clients including personal care.


Your responsibilities would include following individual care plans, prompting personal care, 1-2-1 support and in some cases 2-2-1 support, medication management and helping with day-to-day tasks and promoting independent living within the local community.


The ideal candidates would have a relevant qualification, but this is not essential as full training will be given during your induction and ongoing throughout your career with us.

It is desirable that applicants have experience working in a care and support environment, but not essential, professional qualifications in Health and Social Care are highly desirable, however the right candidates will be supported to complete these once passing the probationary period.

We will require an update of Protection of Vulnerable Groups scheme to work with vulnerable adults and will need to ensure compliance with SSSC registration.
