Account Manager (Digital Marketing) - London (Central)

Salary: 32K - 36K Plus Bonus

Our client is a technology-savvy Business focalized on providing the best advertising solutions for local businesses worldwide, regardless of their sizes and scope.
They have developed an innovative technology allowing th to differentiate from other companies on the market, and have plans to invest even more in the evolution of their technology so that they can increase their competitive advantage.
Currently working with partners focusing on SMBs mainly from Europe and USA, but also from Asia; managing over 50,000 local campaigns every year.

They are headquartered in London, with offices also in Milan, Los Angeles and Riga.

The Role

Our client are currently looking for an enthusiastic and digitally savvy Account Manager to join the team in London.

Role Responsibilities:

Develop and sustain strong relationships with the partners in your portfolio (across different continents and business models) with the main goal to increase revenues and find new opportunities
Identify product evolutions that can be important to increase revenues
Establish performance goals with partners, developing action plans and securing commitment for adoption/usage
Identify growth factors by liaising with key stakeholders within the partner organisation (sales, marketing, product etc.) and understanding the drivers and needs for each of them.
Support training and general knowledge of the product
Provide consultancy-like advice about the local advertising solutions available on the market.
Work closely with the technical and product team to integrate partners on the platform and discuss the development of new features for them.

Liaise with the operations team to ensure goals and objectives are constantly shared and aligned.
You will report to the Account Director.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

A good networker with high energy, a commercial edge and good business approach.
Ability to coordinate and manage conscious cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment with little supervision

An organised, self-motivated person who pays attention to details.
A good Business Vision (P&L, cost/benefit analysis).
Good analytical skills and have experience with manipulating multiple data sources is a plus.

Advanced statistical skillset not required but must be comfortable with data analysis
You have a proactive attitude and ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders at various levels, summarizing key learnings, questions or needs in a clear and succinct manner
You are very familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and with the digital advertising solutions currently available on the market (Search, Display, Social etc.).
You have an academic education in Communications, Business, Economics.
You have 24-36 months' experience in a partner management role in the digital marketing and advertising industry.
You are fluent (both written and spoken) in English and preferably fluent in a second language.
You are knowledgeable in HTML, APIs and SQL.

10% of the salary, introduced as a scheme after probation period, based on specific kpis
