Clerk of Works

Clerk of Works required ASAP based in Nuneaton.



This role will be on a temporary ongoing contract.



The purpose of the role is to ensure new homes are built to the highest standards.

This is an exciting position where you will work with a growing Development Team that is driving an ambitious New Build Programme.

The client are embracing modern methods of construction as well as more traditional routes to deliver it.



Candidates would required previous construction experience, especially involving site inspections and be able to manage and assess the quality and appropriateness of building works and the compliance of such work with the specifications, drawings and other regulatory requirements.
