Exciting new post available for a Team Leader to join a rapidly expanding independent care provider of supported living and residential homes for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health.


We are looking to recruit an eexperienced Senior Support Worker, Team Leader or Deputy Manager with staff management or supervisory experience and the ability to work autonomously.

The service is a 5 bed supported living service for adults with learning disabilities and autism.


The Team Leader will be offered the following :



  • Salary of £19,500 - £22,425

  • Additional minimum £2,600 per annum for sleep ins (£50 per sleep)

  • Fully funded qualifications

  • Progression into Service Manager position

  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care/Registered Manager's Award

  • Prior experience and track record of being registered with CQC as Registered Manager

  • Strong and demonstrable experience working with adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health diagnosis
