Account Manager

Due to an increasing demand for services, our client is now looking to grow their team with the addition of a process-driven Account Manager who will nurture both existing & future clients and help grow the business.

About you:


  • Do you have 1-2 years Account management or Sales Experience (preferably in a construction related industry)?

With a suite of solutions for construction related projects, you will be at the forefront of helping to engage with existing & new clients.  The ideal candidate will possess a desire to develop Account Management & Sales skills and must be a good fit for an entrepreneurial, team-based culture.

About the role:

The role would involve the responsibility of developing long term relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers and ensuring the achievement of sales target on a monthly and quarterly basis.  The company are looking for an individual with a passion for sales and construction; to actively introduce and promote our services to new and existing customers.

As our Account Manager you will work with existing clients to:


  • Provide sales support and general account management
  • Be their main point of contact
  • Sell incremental services
  • Manage contractual issues
  • Maintain regular lines of communication and identifying areas for upselling additional services

You will also be responsible for growing the client base by:


  • Handling handle inbound enquiries from potential clients.
  • Initiating, qualifying, and developing new business leads for the project team
  • Conduct sales prospecting activities in line with the Company objectives

Key Skills & Experience….


  • 1-2 years sales or account management experience, preferably in construction
  • Entrepreneurial, driven, and possess a results-focused mindset
  • Equipped with excellent interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate a high level of customer service
  • Tactful and creatively persistent
  • A team player and able to work collaboratively
  • Blessed with business acumen and intellectual curiosity
  • Tech savvy with proficiency in MAC operating systems & using Daylite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The will and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and learn, learn, learn!

Salary: £24k - £50k (£24k Basic, £40-£50k OTE)
