24-7 Recruitment Services acting as an Employment Business are currrently recruiting for Administrators with proof reading experience on behalf of our client, a major retailer based in Allington, Maidstone, Kent.  Roles are temporary ongoing with opportunities for long term assignments.

Your role will include checking incoming orders from customers on a computer.  Any queries will be checked initially via email correspondence but, some phone calls including to foreign customers may be required.  Applicants with an ability to speak a second language fluently are desireable.  Languages required are English and a second language from the following listed; German, Polish, Romanian, Dutch.

The skill set as above is also, required for our Customer services Role.

We are looking for people with good attitude and enthusiasm who are able to be flexible in there approach to their position within the business.  Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage but, not essential as full training will be given.  Being familiar with a computer and confident with learning new systems and attention to detail is a must.  As you will be in direct communication with clients and customers a good telephone manner is also, required.


Hours of work are 0800-1600 - subject to change if ongoing role offered.


Rate of pay is £9.50ph - subject to increase if ongoing role offered.

What you need;

Previous administator experience namely; proof reading, confident with computers, sending emails and learning new systems

An excellent telephone manner as at times you will be required to speak directly with customers

Excellent attention to detail

Availability to be flexible in your approach to your role as it is a new and developing position

Availability to work weekends

Bilingual (Reading, writing and speaking) - English and either German, Polish, Romanian or, Dutch

Ideally you will be fairly local and or, have your own transport due to location of site
