Clinical Specialist

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


INTERVIEW AND APPRAISALS



  • To carry out clinical interviews in line with procedure, ensuring that nurses representing McGinley Healthcare meet the contract requirements, McGinley values and clinical competencies required on shift

  • To carry out appraisals in line with contractual requirements

  • To proactively seek out interviews and appraisals when appropriate, to help team in meeting targets



ONGOING COMPLIANCE



  • Ensure nurses send documents in on time to keep compliance requirements in line with contractual requirements

  • To chase feedback forms for McGinley Healthcare



CLINICAL REQUIREMENTS



  • To deal with any clinical complaints and / or issues raised in line with procedures

  • To provide the team with support and advice regarding any clinical matters

  • To support McGinley Healthcare nurses with revalidation, including reflective discussions and acting as a confirmer where appropriate#

  • To liaise with NMC and safeguarding teams where appropriate

  • To advise the board on any clinical matters

  • To act as an ambassador for McGinley Healthcare through clinical shifts and networking events



GENERAL ADMINISTRATION



  • Ensure that all incoming telephone calls, e-mails and post are actioned, recorded on CRM System and passed on to the appropriate person

  • Record all personal files for candidates on CRM System in accordance with company guidelines

  • Use the company's intranet (Talent Hub) as a key tool for following Company procedures, processes, etc.
