Tasks:

• Replying emails and online live chat
• Answering phone call and doing the survey calling as well
• Copy writing
• Data Analysis as requested

Requirements:

• Skilled oral English and copy writing
• Any customer service experience will be a priority
• Basic Mandarin is a plus
• Enjoy working via phone and emails
• Have patience and a positive attitude towards work
