Company Introduction:

Our company was established in 2005 with our prime qualification for oversea studies, import/export of goods and talent dispatching.

Since 2010, our company became a key member of the Sino-Japan International Cooperation Agency, a key member of the China International Contractors Association, that same year we also passed ISO9001 international quality certification.

Over the past 15 years, the company never stopped growing.

From 300 employees to more than 1000 nowadays.

The company also never stopped expanding.

From a simple Japanese technical intern to Japanese work visa, to overseas studies, to Chinese chef overseas assignments, to school-enterprise joint education… Today, our market area includes Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and Japan, where we opened branches overseas.

In the coming years, our aim is to set up more overseas branches and provide a close service to our clients all around the world.

Tasks:

• Human resources: understand the companies HR requirements, make job description for the Domestic HR department, do the match making, provide cultural training to the suitable candidates
• Business Development: development of the Western country’s (especially German), email & call companies, coordinate with the overseas company for interview and related process
• Market Research: oversea study and other related businesses, find suitable companies
• Customer service:  maintain good relationship with our customers

Requirements:

• Preferred majors in Business Administration
• Proficiency in communicating with foreign clients, effective interpersonal, presentation
• Fluent English and Dutch
• Creative, enthusiastic, self-driven, time planner, team player, quick learner, dedicated to work
