WHO AND WHERE?
Job Title: Sous Chef
Establishment: London's restaurant of the year 2012
Average Covers: 80 lunch and 150 for dinner
Brigade: 18+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Central London (Piccadilly or Bakerloo Lines)
Salary: 32,000k per annum (all inclusive)
Shifts: 7 shifts per week over 5 days – (50 hours)
Last orders: 11:00pm
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?
An experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join this amazing new opening.
Someone with a proven employment background working in busy gastro pubs, restaurants or hotels.
The successful candidate will be a great leader and must adopt a hands-on approach.
All Sous Chef applicants must have a strong command of spoken/written English.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience working in a professional kitchen.
