Job Title: Sous Pastry Chef

Establishment: AA Contemporary Restaurant inside a 5

* Hotel

Average Covers: 80 lunch and 140+ for dinner

Cuisine: modern British

Brigade: 35+ within main kitchen and pastry

Location: Central London (District or Circle Line)

Salary: 36,000k per annum (negotiable)

Shifts: 5Days per week - 2pm - Close 

WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?



  • A competent sous pastry chef to run a busy section producing desserts for a busy two rosette restaurant, banqueting outlets, afternoon tea and a basic bar menu.


  • To lead and develop a brigade of 8.


  • Someone who is experienced in: planning menus, recruitment and disciplinary issues.


  • A pastry chef that is used to large volume.


  • Someone with a proven track record working within similar establishments.


  • Previous experience cooking British is essential.
