We are now looking to recruit Customer Care Advisors to join us at our Portsmouth office.

This is a great opportunity for you to build your career and develop your skills as part of a fast-growing global company.

Full time - 37.5 hours per week 5x7.5 hour shifts between Monday and Sunday, 0800 - 2000

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills


* Experience of handling escalated complaints and managing customer expectations


* Able to work under pressure and experience of working in a customer focused role


* A great team player with strong PC skills


* High attention to detail


* Excellent prioritisation and planning skills


* Experience identifying fraudulent activity and taking necessary steps to resolve


As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be responsible for:



* Handling enquiries and complaints via email and phone


* Using problem solving skills to effectively resolve complaints


* Identifying and proactively seeking to resolve and support the needs of every customer enquiry


* Various administrative duties necessary to the role
