Trainee Claims Handler

Trainee, entry level, Claims Handler required for well-established company based in South Cerney.

Permanent opportunity, additionally role offers annual bonus, excellent benefits, and training support.

Salary increase on completion of training.

Salary: £18352 per annum + bonus + benefits

Hours: Full-time office hours Monday - Friday

Location: South Cerney

Skills required:

  • recent office-based, contact centre customer services essential

  • experience of working to strict deadlines and targets essential

  • ability to remain calm, composed and empathetic

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Financial Services or Insurance experience highly desirable

  • Qualifications: Minimum 5 GCSEs at grade B or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English

The Trainee Claims Handler will work as part of a busy team and will progress to handle a case-load of claims and enquiries in a sensitive, confidential and professional manner.

To be successful in the role the Trainee Claims Handler will have the ability to remain calm and composed when communicating, will be comfortable managing a case-load and will be proficient in MS Office specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
