Summary:


Workday HRIS Specialist required for this amazing Workday Support project.

You will be working with a client that is a fast moving, on the go organisation who are market leaders in their sector.

You must have Workday AMS experience as be willing to be based in Kuala Lumpur.

This a great opportunity for someone who is looking to challenge themselves in a quick moving environment, leading teams with a passion for Workday.

Client is willing to sponsor someone who has leadership experience and able to build their Workday HRIS team




Skill required:



  • Hands on experience in support and maintenance of Workday HCM system.

  • Understand root cause of production issues, analyse and troubleshoot issues and system failure.

  • Resolution of all Workday tickets in a timely manner

  • Assist and facilitate problem resolution with report and escalation procedures.

  • Providing functional and technical knowledge, sharing and mentoring fellow team members with KT.

  • Managing all workday releases whilst testing and implementing new functionalities.

  • Stakeholder management is key, so must be able to provide advice and recommendations on HRIS queries

  • Must have leadership experience as you will be managing a small team of Workday HRIS consultants



Salary - up to 250,000 MYR + Bonus + Benefits

Module experience Required:
Must have advanced knowledge of Workday HCM and one of the following;
Workday HCM, Absence, Time, Compensation, Recruiting Talent, Learning
