Registered Manager- Fostering Charity

A well-established Children's Charity and Independent Fostering Agency are looking for a Registered Manager to join their services.


As a Registered Manager, you are a required to have a background in Fostering and experience in senior management roles.

In this role, will be supporting and developing existing Fostering teams and overseeing the Eastern Region.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

Your responsibilities as a Registered Manager:



  • Developing business strategies

  • Staff Development

  • Meeting business and growth targets

  • Supervision & Allocation of workloads


Requirements from you as a Registered Manager:



  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)

  • Management Qualification

  • Experience of working within Fostering

  • Must hold a full UK Driving Licence



Location: Essex


Salary: £50,000
