Retirement Living Assistant - Newcastle

A national housing association are recruiting for a Retirement Living Assistant in Newcastle to lone work, carrying out housing management functions within a retirement scheme, including chasing rent arrears, repairs, anti-social behaviour.

The Role
The focus of this role is to be the initial point of contact for customers, carry out day to day office duties, report repairs and maintenance, complete H&S/compliance checks, monitor the PIR system - ensuring all customer non-activity is accounted for, to provide a high quality customer focus.
, You will be assisting in the provision on comprehensive housing management, including working with tenancy agreements.

The Candidate
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have prior experience in a housing management and providing support within a housing setting.

The Contract
This is a full time role, working 37 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm) for an initial 3-month contract.
