The Role: Apprenticeship Administrator

, If you've got a strong track record in apprenticeship quality administration, then this could be the ideal role for you to develop your skills further.

Or maybe you've been an IQA but you'd like to move away from managing trainers into a more quality administration role.
, Working closely with the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all the administration relating to apprenticeship provision is up to date and correct.
, Mainly you will be based in the Bedfordshire office, but there may be an occasional requirement to travel to learner locations.
, You will be supporting the Quality Manager in ensuring funding compliance is achieved and Ofsted standards are maintained and developed further throughout the company.
, A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required.

Essential Requirements: Apprenticeship Administrator

, Previously you will have been either an IQA or have dealt with apprenticeship administration so you will understand all the administration relevant to apprenticeship provision.
, Your background will mean that you know what quality apprenticeship provision looks like and what steps need to be taken to maintain high standards.
, You will have an understanding of the actions that a training provider needs to take to ensure they are compliant with various funding rules etc.
, You will have knowledge of how to work within Ofsted guidelines.
, It goes without saying that attention to detail and a quality-centric approach are at the heart of everything you do.
