A new challenge has arisen for you to put your clerical skills to the test in providing administration support to a growing charitable organisation based near Colwyn Bay.

In the Administration job you will be:

  • Handling telephone calls and meeting and greeting customers
  • Dealing with correspondence, and general administration duties
  • Maintaining spreadsheets for invoicing, inputting data into excel
  • Processing supplier statements, entering invoices and purchase orders
  • Preparing reports
  • Booking in deliveries/collections

To be considered for the Administration job you must have:

  • Strong reception and administration skills
  • The ability to speak fluent Welsh (essential)
  • Previous experience working with financial information
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with an ability to handle complaints
  • Good IT and organisational skills

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm (35 hours per week) to start in Janurary 2020 on an hourly pay rate of £9.03 plus holiday pay.
