Executive PA - Solihull

I am currently working with forward thinking organization, based in Solihull.

A global market leading software house, who are currently looking for an Executive PA to join their team and to support the CEO.

They are a small team of extraordinary people, who care deeply about what they do, and about each other, for the benefit of everyone in the company.

Job Purpose

We're looking for someone with more than just the PA and old school secretarial abilities.

Ideally we'd like someone to ‘make a difference'.

The ideal candidate would have their own ideas, be able to work proactively rather than reactively and be able to read and understand information and have a view for improvements and streamlining and help make the CEO more efficient.

You will need to have great MS office skills including PowerPoint, not being afraid to speak up, implement ideas and take a holistic view of things, pick up on things as they're happening and help to drive putting things in place without being instructed to.

There is an opportunity to get your teeth in to something more meaningful than just the usual day to day admin tasks which, for the right candidate can be really rewarding.


  • Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 DOE

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the Chief Executive's office, including hospitality, diary and time management and collaborating on setting and maintaining priorities

  • Manage, arrange and organize all meetings including preparation and circulation of papers (exceptions being the key governance meetings)

  • Manage and organize the diary of all Exec members

  • Ensure all emails and telephone calls are handled professionally and appropriately Facilitate process and procedure updates

  • Adhere to all Information Security policies and procedures

Skills & Attributes

  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail

  • Strong administrative skills

  • Excellent personal organization/time management skills

  • Able to communicate (written and oral) credibly and effectively at all levels Capable of managing change

  • Ability to learn new IT systems as required

  • Ability to priorities and organize busy work schedules
