Experienced Receptionist


Integra People are currently representing a well established local business in the Colwyn Bay area.

Due to expansion they are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their team.


Duties:



  • Handling inbound/outbound calls

  • Filling/scanning,photocopying

  • Managing emails

  • Referring

  • Meeting and greeting clients

  • Booking meetings

  • Keeping the reception area tidy

  • Distributing post



Requirements:



  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience within a similar office-based role

  • Computer literate, specifically within the Microsoft Office suite

  • Telephone literate
