Team Manager

Brampton Recruitment is looking for an experienced Team Manager to join our team.

This role is a newly created role and is due to expansion of the business.

We are an independent Recruitment Consultancy who span the Staffordshire and Cheshire regions.

In business now for over 14 years, we are well established and have a great reputation within the area and with our clients.

The team Manager role will be managing the team to maintain and improve on working practices, we have always valued quality, integrity and professionalism and have high customer service standards to both our clients and our candidates.

The role will involve:


Job Description - Team Manager



  • To manage a team of Consultants, Resourcers and Administrators in an effective way

  • To conduct regular 121's with the team members

  • To support the team and effectively motivate them to achieve their goals and objectives

  • Responsible for all new recruitment to the team

  • To manage the time and attendance records and holidays for the team

  • To be a hands on 360 consultant for more senior roles and candidates


Ideally, we would like to see candidates who have the following experience:



  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team effectively

  • Proven success in managing a recruitment desk

  • A strong passion for high level customer experience

  • A friendly, bubbly and approachable manner

  • A forward thinker

  • A driven individual
