AV Installation Engineer - London/Surrey

Purpose of the role.

To Install Audio Visual & Videoconferencing equipment in various corporate sites.

This will typically be boardrooms, training rooms, conference rooms etc.

Job Description.

Perform installation work for AV Systems within the budgeted number of hours and to the required quality levels

Cable running and management, fitting trays, trunking and baskets successful audits

Installation of AV projects to completion, and managing of sites as necessary
Liaise with Project Engineer and Project Manager on Project technical aspects, and an ability to liaise with the client or main contractor as necessary

Flexible approach to project changes on site - escalating changes and variations to the Project Manager

Assist in the project commissioning as necessary

Essential Skills and Experience Required.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience within the industry and a CTS qualification.

My client will consider candidates who do not have the qualification but have the relevant required experience.

They are after a candidate with previous job tenure as they are willing to invest in your development.

Must be corporate Biased.

A full driving licence is essential.

Salary: 25 - 35k basic (dependent on experience and qualifications)
