Account Manager / Administrator

The key function of this role is ensuring a ready supply of temporary workers is available and suitable to the temporary assignments the branch has to offer.


As the Recruitment Resourcer you will be responsible for the full recruitment life-cycle, which includes sourcing, screening, testing and coaching candidates.

2.1 Online searching of job boards, CV databases & social networking

2.2 Identifying & sourcing suitable candidates via company network of recruitment Job boards and company recruitment database

2.3 Posting of opportunities onto job boards, company website job board, other out of the box approaches etc.

& the tracking of Job postings

2.4 In depth Pre-screening of candidates on the phone

2.5 Arranging & conducting interviews, including completion of application, full assessment, compliance and any Client specific briefing

2.6 Ensuring all the recruitment administration is complete and all activity is thoroughly logged on our recruitment database system, covering all elements involved with, on the recruitment cycle

2.7 Liaising with payroll team regarding new starters, pay rates and pay changes on regular and timely basis
