Disabled Childen Team Manager - Local Authority

A Local Authority are looking for a Team Manager for their Disabled Children's team.

This is a permanent position.



This Local Authority have made a number of changes as they are striving to be "Outstanding" rated.

You will be experienced in ensuring that the welfare of Children & Young people is safeguarded, and you will be managing a busy team.

Requirements for you:



  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/Diploma)

  • Registered with the Social Work England (formerly HCPC)

  • Significant experience within CWD, LAC, CIN, CP, Safeguarding or other related teams

  • Significant experience as a Manager

  • A working knowledge and understanding of the current legislation and frameworks relevant to Children Social Care



Location: Northampton

Salary range: £45,000 - £49,968 dependent on experience & level
