Mobile Services Coordinator


Mobile Services Coordinator - Permanent - Solihull - up to £25,000 per annum plus benefits

Our client is a national Occupation Health and Wellness provider across the UK who has an exciting opportunity for an organised individual to join their Occupational Health Technician Team as a Mobile Services Coordinator.

Responsibilities:



  • Ensure efficient technician planning and optimise logistical arrangements

  • ensuring information available to technicians is current and complete

  • Responsibility for with stock/equipment supplies

  • Coordinating vehicle maintenance, MOT and roadworthiness

  • Handling technician queries where appropriate

  • Support to Admin Team on technical areas, appointment timings, assessment content etc

  • Ad-hoc OHT contingency cover for unplanned absence or peak demand and improve MMU utilisation when surplus available

  • Assisting with onboarding and training of new starters

  • Assisting current Coordinators and Operations Manager as required



Essential Requirements:



  • Sound knowledge of occupational health, with in-depth understanding of health surveillance and fitness for work requirements

  • Good Microsoft Office Skills (Word and Excel)



Desired Requirements:



  • Experience in delivering health surveillance and fitness for work assessments onsite

  • Proven ability to document, review, critique and improve processes and procedures

  • Experience of Whitespace planning and scheduling tool
