Operations Manager - Dementia Care Homes

I am looking for an experienced Operations Manager with extensive experience of older people and dementia care homes (essential experience) to join a charity who are going through an exciting period of change.


The Operations Manager will oversee 11 care homes for older people with dementia across Buckinghamshire and your role will include managing and mentoring Registered Managers, ensuring compliance across all homes, building positive reputation and relationships in the local community, financial and business management of your region and to uphold the charities person centred high quality ethos.


The Operations Manager will be offered a salary of £65,000 including car and mileage allowances and increasing annual leave allowance.


The Operations Manager must have :



  • Senior Management experience managing over 10 residential care homes (essential experience)

  • Strong knowledge of care home CQC, dementia and older people, management of senior staff

  • Business and financial accumen

  • Proven track record at improving performance across all areas
