Registered Nurse - Sleaford

Salary: £16 - 16.50ph

Hours: 7.30-7.30.

Days (3 shifts a week)

Whilst they aim to be a profitable company and provide shareholder returns, their mission is to provide the highest standards of care for clients in their own homes and to improve elderly care in the United Kingdom

The Role

Preparing rooms, and decontaminating equipment's and instruments.

Preparing patients for examinations.

Educating patients' families about the disease and its treatment.

Assisting doctors during surgery.

Resolving patients' problems and fulfilling their requirements by applying multifaceted team strategy.

Interacting with the healthcare teams for maintaining harmonious relationships.

Attending educational workshops for enhancing professional and technical knowledge

Role Responsibilities:

Monitoring, recording and reporting symptoms or changes in patients conditions.

Maintaining accurate patients reports and medical histories

Administering medication and treatment to patients and observing reactions or side effects

Essential Skills & Requirements:

Previous care home experience is essential for this role

Ability to pick up nights occasionally to cover sickness and holidays
