Holt Recruitment are currently assisting a franchised car dealership who are looking for an experienced Service Administrator to join their successful Aftersales team.
As a Service Administrator you will:
- Undertake all relevant administrative duties within the service department, whilst taking telephone enquiries and making customer service bookings.
- Contact customers from the database to inform them that their service is due, completing all paperwork accurately, maintaining records using computerised systems.
- Liaise with colleagues and management in various departments
- Good levels of computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
As a Service Administrator you will have:
- Previous experience within a similar role is required for this position or experience within the Motor trade.
- Excellent communication skills are essential to the role, making the customers experience as enjoyable as possible, providing the very highest level of customer service at all times.
- Experience delivering customer service over the phone and face to face.
£18,000pa + OTE £24,000pa
