The Role: Assessment Development Manager (Science)

, This is an exciting newly created position within a growing end point assessment organisation that focuses on the Science and Engineering sector.

We are looking for a Science industry professional with a strong industry background to help in the development of Science EPA standards.
, A varied role which will be based in the North West, you will be joining a small niche team working on a variety of projects which will focus on collaboratively designing and developing apprenticeship end point assessment within the Science industry.

Drawing upon your industry knowledge, you'll hold responsibility for reviewing current end point assessments along with building business cases to branch into other technical areas and promote the products to existing and potential clients.
, The successful candidate will be a self-starter that can use their vast industry knowledge and experience in the sector to engage with technical education developers for EPA materials and conduct industry research for possible new product development - ensuring the company becomes the leading EPA organisation within the science and engineering industry.


, You will also take a role in supporting with Ofqual accreditation for the developed end point assessments and support with account managing clients ensuring that the customer & client experience is to the highest quality and effective business relationships are maintained.
, A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required.

Essential Requirements: Assessment Development Manager (Science)

, STRONG Science industry competency
, Relevant Science / STEM qualification (degree level preferred)
, Experience in managing and delivering to projects within specific timescales
, Ability to work at high levels with stakeholders and employers
, Able to manage and prioritise workload and adaptable to change
