IT Channel Account Manager

We are looking for an Internal Sales Account Manager that will drive business through the companies channel partner accounts and distributors, helping to increase their business through selling Internet Security products.

This includes building and managing a qualified pipeline of channel partners within a defined geographic territory...

Salary: 30,000GBP negotiable plus uncapped commission


  • Achieve monthly targets for revenue and KPIs

  • Build a close working business relationship with reseller accounts from CEO to the sales admin

  • Identify and build key growth accounts alongside the area Channel Sales Development Manager

  • Actively generate new business through resellers whilst maintaining reseller customer retention by managing resellers renewals and new business pipeline within the CRM system

  • Keeping resellers fully up to date on the full product range and promotions

  • Accountable for 700,000 GBP of RRP revenue from 150 accounts.

  • Attending Face to Face meetings with channel accounts sourced as high potential

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years B2B account management experience

  • Strong consultative selling and rapport building skills

  • Good self-management, time management, and organizational skills

  • Able to maintain high outbound call volumes

  • Able to multitask and keep on top of the administration

  • Experience in the IT industry

  • Experience in Enterprise Sales and Distribution
