Home Care Administrator

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Home Care Administrator to work for thriving care company based in Beckenham.

You will be responsible for general administrative tasks; also playing a key role in communicating with clients, their families, the Local Authority and hospitals.

There will also be times when you are required to carry out client visits.; we therefore feel that this could suit a Care Worker looking to move into an office based role; providing that you have administrative skills. 

Days and Hours of Work: 10 day fortnight – some weekends but office hours usually 

Salary: £18-22k 

Essential Experience/Skills:


  • Excellent communication and organisational skills 
  • Ability to work in a friendly, professional and courteous manner
  • Experience of office systems and record keeping
  • Experience of working under pressure and to deadlines, prioritising work accordingly
  • The ability to work flexibly, consistently and to be adaptable with limited supervision
  • Experience of working as part of a team as well as on your own initiative
  • Good level of computer literacy including use of Microsoft programmes

The agency is also training college so their team have access to the level 2, 3 and 5 diploma courses in Health and Social Care.

The team have a passion for customer service and work with both the NHS and private clients.
