Facilities Manager


Facilities Manager - North West London - up to £45,000 + Benefits - Temp to Permanent

My client is a leading provider of facilities services and is looking for an experienced electrically or mechanically biased total facilities management professional to oversee hard and soft services delivery at a large and newly redeveloped rail facility in North West London.



Leaning more to hard FM delivery you will develop planned maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption of onsite plant and infrastructure.

Nebosh qualified you will be hands on with key responsibilities for the front-line response to plant, equipment and building services defects and rectification.



You will be client facing and comfortable engaging and working with all stakeholders in addition to possessing the key skills needed to lead and manage a team of engineers.

You will be commercially minded, have experience of managing budgets and understand soft (cleaning and security) services.



This is a temporary to permanent opportunity and would be suited to candidates available at relatively short notice.
