FPSG's public sector client has a career opportunity within their people management team for an experienced and multi skilled Reward Specialist.

As a key member of the Reward team within the People function you'll have the opportunity to deliver on specific project activity which will support the implementation of a new pay and grading structure which underpins the new Reward framework.

You'll also work closely with colleagues from within the People function and across the organisation to manage and deliver key changes and enhancements to our employee benefits package.

Role Responsibilities
As Reward Specialist your experience will include:

  • Broad technical reward background with previous experience of using robust job evaluation methodology and systems (ideally Korn Ferry Hay Group).

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with experience of managing, using and analysing large data sets (including established compensation data management systems).

  • Previous experience of managing employee benefits systems and processes, including client and stakeholder management.

  • Ability to use clear and effective verbal and written communications skills, providing technical guidance and support when required.

Person Specification
As a successful Benefits Specialist, you will have:

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and VLOOKUPS.

  • Previous experience of implementing Total Reward and benefits related change initiatives would be advantageous.

  • HR Generalist knowledge would also be beneficial.

  • Graduate member of CIPD preferred.

In return our client will reward you with salary of £36,632 - £41,160, 36 days holidays and 20%+ Pension
