Project Manager | Industrial Distribution Project | Essex

Project Manager | New Build Distribution Warehouse | Essex | May 2020 Start | £60,000 - £80,000 plus Package

My client is a £200 million turnover business who specialise in the construction of new build warehouses and distribution centres.

Due to their success in delivering these projects in time and within budget, they have been awarded a £12m scheme in Essex.

For this scheme, they are requiring a Project Manager to join the project at the contract awarded stage and work with the design and commercial teams to get the project started and mobilised and then to build a site team around them to get the project delivered.

You will be supported by a contracts manager who would usually have three projects so you will always have the support of others within the business.

In order to process your application, you MUST have:

  • Successfully delivering projects safely within time, and to budget

  • Working on Steel frame buildings as the project manager

  • Working to tight deadlines / programmes (fast track projects)

  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite; incl Excel, Word, Outlook and Project.

  • Live within a commutable distance of Essex

  • Be available to start in May 2020


  • Valid CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid

  • Must have a valid UK driving licence

  • Must have experience on new build warehouses or large steel framed buildings
