A well established Adults Learning Disabilities Service in Westminster are looking for a registered Home manager to join their strong team of care professionals.

This not for profit organisation provides high quality person centred support to individuals such as older people and people with a learning disability physical disabilities mental health needs.

This service is apart of a lager company that focus on supportive care.

You will support 59 residents living in their own self contained flats

As the Registered manager you will have significant experience and expertise in mental health and learning disabilities.

As the service regulates to CQC standards, a knowledgeable understanding of quality requirements and care standards is essential.

You should have a relevant professional qualification and or a degree level qualification

The service provides a person centred support to its residence with mental health, learning disabilities and Physical disabilities.

They provide a safe and comfortable supportive environment for individuals to feel encourages and supported in the community.

The service also provides excellent additional training to all staff throughout their careers and places an emphasis on staff development.
