Unit Manager/Senior Nurse- Nights
Service Care Solutions currently have a fantastic permanent vacancy for a Unit Manager/Senior Nurse in Liverpool.
The vacancy involves working for a leading UK provider of specialist nursing care.
They provide care and support to service users with conditions including Parkinson's disease, Huntington's Disease, complex dementia and injuries relating to the brain and spine.
Salary: £17.66 per hour
Shift Pattern: 42 hours per week (3-4 12 hour shifts)
Main Duties: The main duties of the Unit Manager include:
, Providing strong leadership to develop and support the service users
, Demonstrate person-centred care, a flexible attitude and the ability to establish relationships
, Participate in training newly qualified nurses
, Supervising staff to ensure that outstanding care is provided
, Working within a multi-disciplinary team
, 5.6 weeks holiday

Person Specification: The applicant must be a registered nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN with a minimum of 2 years mental health experience.
