The London office of US law firm is looking to recruit an experienced employment lawyer to join an expanding and highly successful Group.


The TEAM advises a broad range of public and private organisations worldwide, as well as high profile individuals.

They have particular expertise in advising clients from the FinTech and technology clients.

The TEAM's key services include:

, A complete range of general advisory work on employment.

, Managing change continues to be a key requirement of UK and overseas companies & institutions.

The TEAM is a specialist in the planning & delivery of business re-organisation & culture change.
, When matters become contentious, the TEAM assists on all aspects of employment litigation, including dispute resolution.

The TEAM has a strong reputation for handling complex contentious work and High Court litigation, including the protection of confidential information and issues relating to team moves.

, The TEAM also advises on the tax aspects of employment law.

The TEAM are looking for a Junior to Mid -Level associate.


Ideally YOU will:-

, Be admitted to practice in England & Wales;
, Have a minimum of 2-4PQE;
, Have experience of English employment law in a general practice, providing contentious and non-contentious employment advice in the context of transactions and as a stand-alone discipline.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a small team working on high quality transactions, and would suit a self-starter;
, Will be confident and able to work independently but will have the support of the existing team.

, Ideally have experience of share options and other incentives to complement the existing employment expertise.

, Strong academics are also essential.
, Have experience of developing and sharing knowledge and know-how;
, Be able to work with the senior management team & team in general and be looking to contribute at the strategic level;
