SDM (HLR/HSS/PCRF/AAA/ENS-DNS) Engineer

Permanent position, full-time, based in Zurich, Switzerland.



Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the products and solutions as well as provide "After sales" technical support in the field of core network SDM product;

  • Support our customers from any technical perspective, and enhance our relationship in the primary key accounts;

  • Manage all after-sales as well as pre-sales support of core network in the Zurich of Switzerland;

  • Manage project Implementation and technical control of its suppliers or partners;

  • Provide Level 1 / Level 2 technical support service to the customers independently or together with a support section;

  • Provide training for customers, subcontractors or service partners; Sales for testing, bidding or holding workshops;

  • Provide support and technical assistance in case of incidents and work along R&D engineers to solve the issues;

  • Be part of the project deployment including but not limited to the following activities: Design, Software Installation, Integration and Validation.

Professional Knowledge Requirement:



  • Degree in telecommunications, knowledge of core network

  • Have more than 3 years'experience in Telecom area

  • Good knowledge of the following technologies: Core Networks SDM (HLR/HSS/PCRF/AAA/ENS-DNS)

  • Knowledge of NFV (network function virtualization) and Cloud based skills are a plus

  • Knowledge of IP routing part is also a plus

  • Ability to implement and supervise installation, commission and testing independently (including survey and acceptance)

  • Strong troubleshooting skills, FLM / SLM

  • Strong communication ability

  • Driving license is an advantage when a customer visits are recurrent

  • The candidate with the appropriate after-sales service and technical service experience from established European Telecom operators are preferred
