Customer Service and Retentions Executive


Basic Salary: £22,000-£22,000 per annum


Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday with one Saturday per month)


Location: Bournemouth, Dorset


Our well established Client is looking for new talent in their Customer Service and Retentions team.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Interact with various departments and customers regarding mid-term adjustments, renewals, cancelations and new business

  • Remaining compliant during all communications internally and externally

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, FCA regulated environment

  • Ability to multi-task and work pro-actively

  • Capture and accurately record information
