Team Manager - Family Solutions Team

Oxfordshire County Council are looking for a Team Manager to join their Family Solutions team.

This is a Locum Social Work role.


The ideal Team Manager with have extensive experience in a Managerial position and key knowledge of Safeguarding work.

The key to success in this role is to be able to lead a team of Social Work Professionals confidently from the beginning of the contract.

Your responsibilities as a Family Solutions Team Manager:



  • To provide excellent supervision and guidance to your team

  • Work in collaboration with other teams in the service

  • Lead staff development within your team through a remodelling

  • Report to senior management about team performance


Requirements of you as a Family Solutions Team Manager:



  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)



  • A valid Social Work England registration

  • Have competent knowledge and experience of CIN, CP and Care Proceedings work



Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire


Pay rate: £39.81 per hour
