Looking for a HR Director with recent experience of setting up HR functions and strategies from scratch as part of multiple acquisitions in a small sized FinTech firm.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to build the foundation for a start-up company and expand their team.

The ideal candidate must have worked in a start-up company, FinTech and have lots of multiple M&A at a time, branding/rebranding, setting of HR functions and people culture from scratch.



Details of the contract:


Role: HR Director


Type: Permanent


Annual Salary: between £80,000 - £95,000 base plus benefits


Location base: London city


Start date: ASAP - A remote start to begin with depending on the government guidelines



Requirements



  • Must have extensive senior Exec/C-Level HR experience (all aspects - end to end)

  • Set up multiple global HR Functions and People Culture from scratch in UK, Europe, Asia, Australia and US

  • Worked in a start-up / small sized company (less than 10 employees to start with)

  • Worked in a FinTech company in the last 2 years

  • Led multiple M&A at a time from a HR and People Culture perspective

  • Implemented ideas to brand or rebrand a company

  • Experience of growing and managing a team

  • Must be hands on, proactive, efficient and have a 'get things done' type attitude towards work

  • Strong communication and time management skills
