Regional Sales Executive

This field based role covering areas within the M25 and surrounding counties offers a highly competitive salary with an uncapped bonus scheme, and an extensive range of benefits including: ongoing training, a quarterly incentive, an executive company car, private healthcare insurance, a laptop and phone, and a friendly working environment.

We are expanding our Nicobond sales team and are looking for a Regional Sales Executive to specialise in selling our high-quality range of British manufactured flooring products within the M25 and surrounding counties.

The role involves site visits, product demonstrations and supporting stockists.

Being field based, you will not be situated in an office, although you will work for our Essex based head office that will support you and help you grow your sales.

Role responsibilities for the Regional Sales Executive:

  • Working out on the road managing your region by selling our comprehensive range of flooring products to new and existing flooring contractors and flooring distributors
  • Completing site visits, product demonstrations and supporting stockists
  • Providing technical information and assistance to clients
  • Ensuring the growth of sales of our specialist screeds and associated products
  • Providing a consistent, committed and excellent customer service
  • Managing some of our existing customers as well as bringing on lots of new customers, which attracts additional bonuses


What will you sell and to who?

  • You will be selling Nicobond our high-quality brand of screeds and flooring products, including cement based underlayments, levelling and smoothing compounds and associated products, manufactured at our specialist factory in the UK
  • Your customer base will be flooring contractors and distributors


Requirements for the Regional Sales Executive:

  • The successful candidate must live within the area of the M25 or the counties surrounding it.                          
  • Previous experience within a similar field-based sales role and/or screed-based flooring industry experience
  • You will already be making your mark within the construction industry
  • Happy to travel daily visiting customers and sites
  • Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proven ability to succeed in finding and creating new customers
  • Friendly, engaging and approachable
  • Passionate about bringing in new business
  • A professional and positive approach
  • Good team player
  • Attention to detail
