The Role:

A well-established Law Firm are currently looking for a Legal Secretary to support their team in Northamptonshire.

This role will include maintaining files and file management, dealing with post-completion work, dealing with queries, general office administration and typing dictated work using digital dictation.


To be considered for this role, you will be experienced working as a Legal Secretary within a Conveyancing department, able to deal with post-completion aspects of transactions, as well as knowledge of the process from initial instructions to completion.

You will have practical experience of audio typing and be experienced with case management systems and dealing with queries.

Salary: will be negotiable based on experience.
